Guides worth reading

How we test

  1. 90 days, one connection

Each service runs for a full quarter on the same British broadband line. Week one tells you almost nothing; week twelve tells you everything.

  2. We log every fault

Uptime, app updates, channel-list changes and how long support took to reply. All of it goes in a log with a timestamp, not a memory.

  3. We time the support desk

Every provider gets the same three questions during the test. How fast they reply, and whether the reply is any use, is part of the score.

Where this leaves you

Every service kept running. One did it without you noticing.
